Job Descriptions
1.ลงรายการซื้อที่เป็น BOI ทั้งหมดในแต่ละเดือน โดยแยกไว้แต่ละบริษัทเพื่อที่จะได้รู้ยอดที่ต้องโอนคืน 2.ทำยอด SALE , ยอด BALANCE REPORT ส่งให้ VENDER 3.ตาม REPORT-V จาก VENDER เพื่อนำมาตัดบัญชีวัตถุดิบ 4.สั่งปล่อยวัตถุดิบ โดยใช้ IMPORT ONLINE 5.ทำรายงานเศษเหล็ก BOI ส่งกรมสรรพากร 6.ขอขยายเวลานำเข้าเครื่องจักร 7.ขอขยายเวลานำเข้าเครื่องจักร 8.ขอขยายเวลานำเข้าวัตถุดิบ ทุก 2 ปี 9.ทำเรื่องเสียภาษีวัตถุดิบที่นำมาขายในประเทศ 10.เสียภาษี SCRAP นอกสูตร โดยดูรายงานยอดงานเสียจากฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ โดยให้บริษัท EIS มาตรวจสอบก่อน เพื่อออกใบรับรอง 11.มีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรม 5 ส เพื่อให้บริษัทฯมีประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสูงสุด 12.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-เพศหญิง
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ นำเข้า-ส่งออก 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความตั้งใจในการปฏิบัติงาน
  5. ทัศนคติที่ดี เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ เชื่อฟังผู้บังคับบัญชา
  6. สามารถใช้ Ms.Office Word / Excel / Power Point ได้ดี
  7. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ดี
  8. หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้(จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
