Job Responsibility
- Handle overall loops in HR and General Administration tasks in office
- Handle welfare & benefits, time attendance for all staffs
- Supervise Maid, Drivers and Messengers for daily assignments
- Process for payment and petty cash
- Facilitate visa, work permit and 90 days report applications for Japanese staff
- Handle office admin tasks such as office supplies purchasing, car arrangement, hotel & flight reservation etc.
- Support other tasks as requested by team members or assigned by superior.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- More than 4-5 years of working experience in the field of HR & GA
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Good command in English
