Job Descriptions• Lead financial activities including creating annual strategies, operating plans, and reports, and managing special requests. Ensure cost reductions positively impact operating income.
• Conduct financial analysis, providing regular reports on actuals and forecasts, as well as evaluating major investments.

• Manage overall finance and accounting to ensure compliance with company policy, legal requirements, tax, treasury, and internal controls.
• Ensure integrity of financial information provided internally and externally.
• Provide financial perspective for new projects/product startups.
• Lead and develop finance team to meet organizational performance expectations.
• Conduct internal audits on corporate policy, tax, and customs compliance.
• Lead implementation of finance system modules and optimize processes to reduce manual work.
• Continuously improve efficiency in finance and business processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks from management level.
