**Job Responsibilities:** 1. Responsible for online customer development and maintenance 2. Responsible for responding to and following up on customer questions on social media such as Facebook and Line 3. Responsible for following up on payment, delivery and other processes after customers place orders Salary: 20,000-30,000 baht plus orders commission Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00-17:00 **ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่:** 1. รับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาและบำรุงรักษาลูกค้าออนไลน์ 2. รับผิดชอบในการตอบและติดตามคำถามของลูกค้าบนโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น Facebook และ Line 3. รับผิดชอบในการติดตามการชำระเงิน การจัดส่ง และกระบวนการอื่นๆ หลังจากลูกค้าสั่งซื้อ เงินเดือน: 15,000-30,000 บาท พร้อมค่าคอมมิชชั่นการสั่งซื้อ เวลาทำงาน: จันทร์-เสาร์ 8.00-17.00 น

Qualifications

Fluent in Thai and English, strong communication skills. พูดไทยและอังกฤษได้คล่อง มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
Good at learning, able to master company product knowledge as soon as possible. เก่งในการเรียนรู้ สามารถเชี่ยวชาญความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทได้โดยเร็วที่สุด
Proficient in using office software. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงาน
Fresh graduates are accepted. เปิดรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
Have a service consciousness and be able to patiently solve problems for customers. มีจิตสำนึกในการบริการและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างอดทน
