Job Descriptions

Plan and organize production schedules to ensure optimal use of resources. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production goals. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Train and supervise production staff, including setting performance objectives and conducting performance evaluations. Resolve production issues and address root causes to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to improve production processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Familiarity with production and ERP software systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command in both Thai and English.
Experience in garment industry will be an advantage.
