Job Descriptions
-Lead and manage the engineering team, to ensure the team's success and professional growth. - Establish and lead engineering department performance to meet/ exceed both of the budget and KPI targets -Support the cross functional manager, providing technology and skills to meet/exceed their expectation, (Issue, Troubleshoot problem, etc.) -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement new products or processes, with practical the IQ, OQ, PQ protocol. - Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles, ( such as TPM, 6-sigma, etc ) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. -Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs. -Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment. - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals -Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality , Male/Female , age over 40 years old
  2. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  3. 5-10 years relevant work experience
  4. At least 5 years management experience as a assistant manager or manager with subordinates
  5. Experiences in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
  6. Familiar with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Application and Auto CAD [2D Read/Draw]
  8. Good analytical skill and able to solve complex problems
  9. Able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and potential customers.
  10. Good communication in English
