Job Descriptions
Job Description 1. Manage customer order and control delivery 1.1 Being key person receiving purchase order 1.2 Review and gather orders, including input into the system 1.3 Adjust delivery plan based on customer requirement 1.4 Provide timely updates to customers regarding their order status and expected delivery dates 1.5 Resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction 2.Internal Communication 2.1 Coordinate with factory to arrange production support to meet timelines and inventory challenges 2.2 Cooperate with export team to streamline the export operation process 3.Documents preparation 3.1 Prepare invoice and packing list, ensure accuracy and compile with policy 3.2 Support another document if necessary 4.Others 4.1 Perform duties as assigned. 4.2 Assist the team if necessary.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree of accounting or finance
  2. Age 26-32
  3. Computer Skills: MS Office
  4. Able to communicate in English
  5. Be responsible for your duties
  6. At least 1-2 years of experiences in accounting task
  7. Requested English Resume
  8. Thai nationality only
