Job Descriptions
Managing operations in the Engineering Section. Oversee the entire new model and development, Jig concept and jig specifications maintenance and other related manufacturing activities. 1.Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. 2.Manage the design, fabrication, and maintenance of jig. 3.Supervise robot programming and maintenance to optimize production processes. 4.Set standards Procedures and create documentation for new products, such as Process Flow Charts, Process Planning, Floor Layout 5.Follow to new model development or modifications products to customer specifications. Includes documenting and reporting related. 6. Preparing work instructions(WI) and product standards for use in manufacturing processes and quality control processes. 7.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 8.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. 9.Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations. 10.Liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed for project requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Male/ Female Age: 30-40 Year
  2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineeringม, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Engineer, with at least 3 years in Leader.
  4. Proficient in welding techniques and standards.
  5. Strong knowledge and experience of New Model, jig design and robot programming.
  6. Understanding of assembly processes and basic knowledge of PLC
  7. Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems is required. APQP, PPAP
  8. Basic proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto CAD
  10. Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving and analytical abilities.skills.
  11. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
