Job Descriptions
1.Develop new business opportunities and explore new prospect customers. 2.Maintain close relationship with distributors and existing end customers to increase their engagement in our products to achieve and exceed the sales target. 3.Work closely with suppliers for sales and technical support to the customers. 4.Manage, track, and report the progress of sales pipelines on the regular basis. 5.Prepare and share monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & marketing reports to the supervisors. Prepare ad hoc business report if required. 6.Plan and review budget and sales forecast by communicating closely with the stakeholders. 7.Improve profitability (gross margin) of the existing business while maintaining and increasing the sales revenues. 8.Support and accompany suppliers for their customer visits in Thailand (including making appointments, transportation, accommodation arrangement etc.). 9.Support regional marketing and business development activities in Thailand.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree required. Major in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 – 10 years of Sales and Marketing or technical sales in chemical engineering, Chemicals, or related field
  3. Able to work under an international business environment (experience at a Japanese company in Thailand is preferred).
  4. Good personality and presentation skills
  5. Good negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
  6. Have own car with driving license and be able to travel upcountry
  7. Knowledge about water treatment, decolorization, demineralization, separation and purification are preferred.
  8. Knowledge about chemical products such as ion exchange resin and synthetic adsorbent are preferred
  9. MS Offices-Word, Excel, Power point
  10. Planning and prioritizing.
  11. Taking personal responsibility and ownership.
  12. Successful delivery of activities.
  13. Communication and networking across team/departments
  14. Putting team and organizational goals first.
