Job Descriptions
•Serve as the plant QMS leader, ensuring all IATF requirements and customer CSR are fully implemented and adhered to. •Conduct internal audits (System, Process, Product) and Layered Process Audits (LPA) in accordance with YFIOS and IATF standards. •Maintain and enhance Internal Auditor skills through regular training and development plans. •Manage the Document Control Center (DCC), ensuring all documents are properly registered and utilized. •Oversee plant calibration activities to ensure all measuring instruments meet qualification standards. •Execute Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to verify the precision of instruments and the competency of inspectors. •Coordinate IATF audits conducted by third-party Certification Bodies (CB), including communication, planning, and facilitation. •Handle customer audits related to QMS, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively by the QMS officer. •Communicate with APHQ and counterparts in other countries, requiring proficiency in English or Chinese. •Fulfill all job assignments as directed by the superior.
Qualifications
  1. Female only 25-30 years old.
  2. Able to speak English or Chinese is recommended.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in any fields or equivalent / related
  4. Preferable 2 years and above in Automotive manufacturing / QMS / related
  5. Basic knowledge in ISO/IATF16949 Requirement and Internal Audit.
  6. Basic knowledge in Customer audit/ Third party audit and LPA audit, etc.
  7. Basic knowledge in QC 7 tools and computer skills, etc
  8. Communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration.
