Job Descriptions
1. Administrative Support ○ Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. ○ Organize and maintain files, documents, and records with a high level of confidentiality. ○ Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. 2. Communication Coordination ○ Act as the first point of contact between executives, both internal and external ○ Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and memos, ensuring clear and professional communication. ○ Translate documents and communications, if required, between relevant languages. 3. Document Preparation ○ Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents related to business operations. ○ Ensure all documentation aligns with international standards and trading requirements. 4. Logistical Support ○ Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements for executives and international partners. ○ Arrange and support events such as trade shows, business meetings, and networking events. 5. Trade and Business Assistance ○ Assist in managing import/export documentation and compliance with international trade regulations. ○ Support in market research and preparation of trade-related data and reports. ○ Maintain knowledge of key international trade terms and policies. 6. Relationship Management ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, suppliers, and partners. ○ Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 7. Problem-Solving ○ Address challenges that arise from international business operations, ensuring prompt resolution. ○ Keep abreast of global market trends and advise management accordingly.
Qualifications
  1. Female, Age between 26-30 years old
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, Economics, or related fields
  3. Experience in secretary, or personal assistant for 2-5 years is a must
  4. Experience in food industry, food import, and export is a plus
  5. Good Thai and English communication skills
  6. Ability to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
  8. Fast learner, good team player, creative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  9. Have an entrepreneurial attitude, growth mindset, leadership skills, and maturity
  10. Ability to work well under pressure
  11. Ability to travel domestically or internationally when required
  12. Work in Bangkok, Sukhumvit 29 (near Phrom Phong and Asok station)
