Job Descriptions
- เตรียมเอกสารเพื่อแนบในการทำจ่าย
- ตั้งยอดเจ้าหนี้การค้า และค่าใช้จ่าย และเจ้าหนี้การค้าอื่น
- ตรวจสอบบิลซื้อประจำเดือน
- จัดทำเอกสารจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ (PV)
- จัดทำเอกสารจ่าย เงินสดย่อย และเงินทดรองจ่าย
- ตัดเจ้าหนี้ในระบบ
- ปิดบัญชี ระบบบัญชีทั่วไป (GL)
- กระทบยอดซื้อ กับ ภพ.30
- ปิดภาษีซื้อประจำเดือน
- สร้างฐานข้อมูลเจ้าหนี้การค้า
- จัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน
- ตรวจสอบความมีอยู่จริงของทรัพย์สิน
- บันทึกตัดจำหน่ายทรัพย์สิน
- ปิดระบบ ทรัพย์สิน
- อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง (ชายผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารเรียบร้อยแล้ว)
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี และ สาขาการเงิน
- ใช้ Microsoft office ได้ดี
- มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ ประหยัด อดทน
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานบัญชีมาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทำงาน 6 วัน วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เข้าทำงาน 09.00 - 18.00 น.วันเสาร์ เข้าทำงาน 09.00 - 17.00 น. หยุดวันอาทิตย์
