1) Assist the HR team with key functions, including recruitment and payroll management.
2) Provide comprehensive support in managing welfare and benefits for all employees.
3) Conduct data analysis and handle various HR-related tasks to drive informed decision-making.
4)Prepare and present summary reports on your areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์การเป็น HR อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความรู้ด้าน HRIS และการจัดการเงินเดือนจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม MS Office, Excel ได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูงได้
