Job Descriptions
1.Lead and manage overall factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control and safety in manufacturing process.
2.Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to optimize production output, reduce costs, minimize downtime, and improve overall operational performance.
3.Coordinate with division heads to plan and execute production schedules to. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planner, quality control, logistics and sales, to meet production targets, quality standards, delivery targets customer requirements.
4.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
5.Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
6.Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards within the manufacturing facility.
7.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and adherence to safety protocols among the operational staff.
8.Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new products or improvements to existing products.
9.Manage the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
10.Evaluate and implement technological advancements to enhance production processes.
11.Ensure that the factory meets environmental sustainability goals and standards.
12.Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the Cosmetics, food supplement, plastic or chemical industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
- Experience with implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO17025 ,ISO45001 or similar quality management systems.
