Job Descriptions
1. นำเสนอกลยุทธ์และวิธีการทำงาน เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการและพึงพอใจของลูกค้า 2. จัดทำข้อมูลประชาสัมพันธ์ และตอบคำถามลูกค้าในช่องทาง online เช่น Page Facebook , Tiktok , IG , Line OA ร่วมกับพนักงงานการตลาด 3. ประสานงานกับทีม R&D เพื่อจัดทำสื่อในการนำเสนอข้อมูลสินค้าแก่ลูกค้าที่เปิด Project พัฒนาสูตร และ ลูกค้าที่สรุปผลิตสินค้า 4. จัดทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย ในด้านการตลาด Online การ Live สด และสัมมนาต่างๆ 5. จัดทำเอกสารส่วนประกอบภาชนะบรรจุส่งต่อแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและเอกสารอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา 6. จัดเตรียมและนำส่งสินค้าตัวอย่างและข้อมูลสินค้า แก่ลูกค้าที่พัฒนาสินค้า และส่งสินค้า Standard แก่ลูกค้าที่มีการปิดการขายแล้ว 7. เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อนำข้อมูลใน support ด้าน Product Benefit รวมกับพนักงานขายเพื่อเป้าหมายในการปิดการขายร่วมกัน 8. จัดทำรายงานฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าที่มีการสั่งพัฒนาสินค้าและสั่งผลิต เพื่อส่งต่อพนักงานขายและผู้บังคับบัญชา 9. จัดทำ Photo Shoot , VDO การผลิตบรรจุ , Full Presentation ในสินค้าที่มีการผลิต 10. ปฏิบัิตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรีการตลาด หรือ วิทยาศาตร์เครื่องสำอาง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25- 35 ปี
  3. ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้สื่อ online และ Program สำเร็จรูปในการสร้างสื่อทางการตลาด
  5. มีความรู้และรักในงาน Skincare
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีทักษะการบริการ
