Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand presence across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and D2C. - Lead and oversee campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to achieve sales and growth targets. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, and design) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Manage, mentor, and inspire th - Establish strong relationship with platforms (Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok,etc.),taking lead on account management, and monthly &quarterly performance review. - Oversee daily operations and sales on Shopee and Lazada. Implement strategies for pricing, promotions, and product listings. - Develop and execute Joint Business Plan with platforms negotiating on visibility and support to drive channel and brand performance. - Review monthly campaign plan, visibility, execution. communication (promotional artwork and on-site search),and other sales fundamental metrics. - Drive E-commerce channel to achieve sales target, net sales, and key KPI through the development and execution of E-Commerce strategy. - Manages budget plan monthly/quarterly/yearly , and performance Marketing analysis and optimization, output the report. - Utilize marketing tools to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze sales data for trends and opportunities. - Drive digital sales to meet specified targets, while closely monitoring Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and marketing fees. - Generate performance reports with actionable insights. Track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness. - Seek new channels to expand reach and grow brand awareness and sales Perform other projects as assigned
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience in online marketplace or e-commerce, with a focus on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and D2C.
  2. Experience in media platform e.g. Facebook, Google, data, programmatic, and influencer
  3. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  4. Proven track record of managing successful online campaigns and achieving revenue growth.
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics dashboards.
  7. Good Command in English.
  8. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  9. Ready to start work immediately
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Excel and PowerPoint)
