Job Descriptions
- Perform customer service functions by
o Greet and assist visitors to Sunday Insurance Head Office
o Answering calls and assist the callers in identifying needs and route call to appropriate
internal Contact
- Contact and coordinate with relevant parties
- Assist with postal mails sorting/distributing process
- Receive billing, prepare related documents/invoices
- Manage the readiness and tidiness of office areas
- Other duties as assigned by HOD
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Able to communicate in both Thai and English
- Having service mind, Excellent verbal communication
- New graduate welcome (If you have experience and can communicate in English, this will be an advantage
