Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการขาย 2. ดูแลการเปิด Order และจัดทำเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานขาย 3. รับ Order จาก พนักงานขาย หร้อมจดข้อมูลลูกค้าเบื้องต้น 4. จัดการงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย 5. ควบคุมการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานให้เป็นระบบ 6. สรุปทำ รายงนประจำวัน/เดือน 7. ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8. ติดตามการ Bidding `และ จัดเตรียมเอกสาร
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒการศึกษา ปวส, ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  3. มีบุคลิกดี รู้จัการจัดการ การแก้ปัญหา มีการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Word, Excel, Power point
  5. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวข้องงานเอกสาร 1-2 ปี
  6. มีประสบการณ์ ด้านการทำเอกสาร Bidding จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
