Job Descriptions
Job Descriptions: • Essential day-to-day responsibilities for managing the event process include the following: • Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems. • Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner. • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue. • Prioritize multiple, open issues. • Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions. • Maintain service reports. • Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution. • Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments. • Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements. • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
Qualifications
  1. A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
  2. Work Experience 3 years+
  3. Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
  4. Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C++, Golang, JavaScript, Python
  5. Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
  6. Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients
  7. Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
  8. Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
  9. Exceptional communication skills.
