Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: •Local and international sourcing and purchasing mainly related to engineering projects. •Preparing P.O. and expedite shipment with suppliers to assure quality, quantity, and on-time delivery to meet project required date •Coordinating with other teams (engineering, receiving, quality assurance, BOI, and accounting) to perform all activities required until qualified parts/products/documents are arrived at warehouse. •Coordinating with internal, external functions and suppliers in order to ensure parts/products are delivered as required. •Follow the company’s quality system. •Handling other related duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications

Male or female, age between 23-35 years old
High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Procurement/Buyer or oversea purchasing
Familiar with ERP systems and ISO standards is a plus.
Strong command both Thai and English communication
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Logistics knowledge is preferable
Experienced in aircraft business is a plus.
Basic skill for Microsoft office is preferable
High responsibility to job accomplishment
Team player is a must
Keen to learn new thing
