Job Descriptions

QA Supervisor (Receiving) 1. Responsibility Receiving area and ensure operators following up procedure and quality instruction concern their area. 2. Investigate KPI, RDL closed 24 hrs 6 days off 1 days and control 72 hrs and support M3K audit 3. RDL trend analysis root cause, corrective action and preventive action to drive Purchasing reduce Receiving Discrepancies Log. 4. Focus urgent materials from Master, buyer, Warehouse and Operation. 5. Follow up suggestions of Lean with staff and Kaizen project per target by each Quarterly.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
3 - 5 years or above experience in electronics industrial.
Good communication in English skill, both verbal and written are required.
Advance computer skill using Microsoft Office , Google drive , Google sheet
Training : Quality Management Systems, 8D methodologies and problem solving , Lean Six Sigma and IPC standard.
Knowledge in receiving and incoming procedure to manage all quality activities , Re-layout and Kaizen process.
