Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำแผนงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและด้านบริหารอาคาร สถานที่ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานจากส่วนกลาง รวมทั้งควบคุมมการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน" 2.กำกับดูแล ส่งเสริม และสนันสนุนให้พนักงาน ปฏิบัติงาน ตามมาตรฐานงานทรัพยากรบุคคล และนโยบายงาน บุคคลของบริษัท ตลอดจนมาตรฐานงานบริหารอาคารสถานที่ และนโยบายงานบริหารอาคารสถานที่ของบริษัท" 3.นำกลยุทธ์และนโยบายจากส่วนกลางมาประยุกต์ใช้ได้ ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด" 4.บริหารจัดการข้อพิพาทระหว่างพนักงานภายในสาขา ไม่ให้เกิดผลกระทบกับบริษัท" 5.ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติรายงานข้อมูลระบบงาน ไม่ส่งผล กระทบต่อข้อมูลการจ้างและค่าตอบแทนพนักงาน" 6.ตรวจการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด โดยการบริการเชิงรุก งานบุคคล งานความสะอาดและ งานสวน" 7.บริหาร อัตรากำลังพลในแต่ละวันให้เกิดความเหมาะสม 8.สร้างความผูกพันธ์ สานสัมพันธ์ให้กับพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชา 9.ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายภายในไม่ให้เกินแผนงบประมาณ ประจำปีที่ตั้งไว้"
Qualifications
  1. เพศ หญิง/ชาย อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคล ไม่น้อยกว่า 2-5 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ
  5. ใบรับรองเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับบริหาร
  6. ใบรับรองเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับหัวหน้างาน
