Job Descriptions
-Present and sell Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) of Forth EMS to customers in various industries such as telecommunications, automotive, medical devices, smart devices, and IoT.
-Provide technical consultation on PCB Assembly (PCBA), Box Build Assembly, Turnkey Solutions, and product quality testing.
-Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable manufacturing solutions to improve production efficiency.
Coordinate with engineering, production, QA/QC, and supply chain teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
-Expand the customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
-Monitor projects from Prototype, NPI (New Product Introduction), Mass Production, to Delivery.
-Prepare quotations, sales reports, and market trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales within the EMS / PCBA / electronics industry.
- Knowledge of SMT, DIP, Box Build Assembly processes and industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-610.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to read electronic circuit designs (Gerber, BOM) and perform basic cost analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering and production teams.
- Good command of English (experience working with international clients is a plus).
- Own a personal vehicle and be able to travel to meet clients.
