- รับจองห้องพัก
- ให้ข้อมูล ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับที่พัก และบริเวณรอบๆที่พัก
- กล้าตัดสินใจ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีService mind รักการบริการ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารดี
- สื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษได้
- ลงบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า
- จดจำลูกค้าได้
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft office ex. word, excel และอื่นๆ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม PMS
Qualifications
- อายุ 20 - 40 ปี
- จบวุฒิ ม.6 ปวช. ปวส. หรือ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการโรงแรม หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะได้
- ขยัน อดทน มีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารดี และประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี
