Job Descriptions- Manage and monitor all Human Resources operation: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee
relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational change.
- Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding
process.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan,
career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and
retention.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Address any concerns that come from executives and employees.
- Consolidate the payroll data and ensure the payment is made on time with the correct amount.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Generate HR reports and assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Manage and deliver HR Strategy in line with business objectives.
