Job Descriptions
1. Establish and improve management systems and processes according to the needs of the company's business management;
2. Responsible for factory infrastructure construction, equipment installation, personnel training, and ensuring timely production of the factory;
3. Responsible for the daily operation of the factory and achieving the company's established production goals;
4. Responsible for building the talent pool of the team, including personnel training, performance evaluation, and employee relationship management;
5. Report monthly work progress to the headquarters and submit an annual summary.
6. 6-months learning and training in China (HQ)
7. Others by assigned
1、根据公司经营管理需要，建立健全管理制度、流程；
2、负责厂房基建、设备安装、人员培训等工作，确保工厂按时投量；
3、负责工厂日常运营，完成公司既定的生产目标；
4、负责所属团队人才梯队建设，包括人员培养、绩效评价、员工关系管理；
5、每月向总公司汇报月度工作情况，提交年度总结。

Qualifications
- Full time college/undergraduate degree, with priority given to majors related to polymers, materials, and chemistry
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management, with priority given to comprehensive management positions such as general assistant or director assistant
- Strong communication skills, good cost awareness, and good ability to build process systems
- Familiar with the local environment and laws and regulations in Thailand, fluent in Chinese, Thai (or English)
