Job Descriptions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities for control and improve everything in Photo resist section. 1 Working follow the company regulation. 2 Working follow the Photo resist section regulation. 8 Improvement the safety,quality,delivery,cost. 4 Working to meet the delivery target of the section. 5 Working to meet the KPI/ MBO target of the section. 6 Comply with the company policy ,objective and target. 7 Working follow the assignment from manager. 8 Supervise the subordinate. 9 Report to manager when find the trouble or problem and work follow as below. 10 Assignment the job to leaders and/or operators. 11 Co*operate with the other section for trouble shooting/operation. 12 Investigate the cause and take the preventive action of quality,safety ,delivery problem. Make the action plan to improve the quality safety ,delivery cost i 14 Arrange the job in each group of photoresist to meet the section target. 15 Making report (Productivity, Qulity and WIP) for support to manager. 16 Production management & operation control to manufacture the PCB board. 17 Activities with Company's Following manager assignment. 18 Meeting and analysis trouble in process and report to manager.(Management Level)

Qualifications

Male , Ages 25-35 years
Bachelor's Degree
