Job Descriptions

1. Manage daily operations of the medical clinic. 2. Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and records. 3. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. 4. Maintain inventory of medical supplies. 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and clinic policies. 6. Assist in financial management, such as billing and shipping, and update information to the accounting department on a weekly and monthly basis. 7. Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed. 8. Co-ordinate shipping and courier pickups of herbal medicines to customers.

Qualifications

No gender restriction, Age 23-35 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Thai and intermediate level of English to communicate with mixed clientele.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday
