Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและกำหนดแนวทางการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ในปัจจุบันและผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า 2.วางแผนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ การศึกษา Shelf Life และ Sensory test ของผลิตภัณฑ์ และนำเสนอแก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา 3.จัดการดูแลติดตามผล ในทุกกระบวนการของการทดลอง / ทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ ก่อนดำเนินการผลิต เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดำเนินการผลิตนั้น มีคุณภาพและตรงต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า 4.แก้ไขปัญหากรณีผลิตภัณฑ์มีปัญหาร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5.รับผิดชอบเรื่องกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ 6.คำนวณต้นทุนการผลิตการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ควบคุมต้นทุนโดยวางแผนร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ในทุกประเด็นที่เกี่ยวกับงานด้าน R&D และกับหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. อายุตั้งแต่ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร , วิศวกรรมอาหาร , พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ , คหกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ GHP, HACCP, ฮาลาล
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คิดค้นพัฒนาสูตรใหม่ๆ
  7. มีภาวะผู้นำ มีทัศนคติที่ดี การสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน
