Job Descriptions

• Handle all documents (Shipment) จัดการเอกสารด้าน Shipment • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. การตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อรวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าและรายละเอียดการชำระเงิน • Check orders and invoices for accuracy. ตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อและใบแจ้งหนี้ให้ถูกต้อง • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries. ติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อรับข้อมูลหรือตอบคำถามเพิ่มเติม • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. ดูแลและอัพเดทบันทึกการขายและลูกค้า • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. สนับสนุนฝ่ายขายในงานธุรการอื่นๆ Work Hour : Monday-Friday

Qualifications

Male and Female age 25-35 years old.
Experience minimum 3 years in Export field or related field (Import-Export, Logistic, Etc.)
Able command in English.
Have own car and driving license.
