Job Descriptions
• จัดทำแผนงานการประกันคุณภาพ และดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน CMMI • ตรวจสอบการทำงานของสมาชิกภายในโครงการ รวมทั้งชิ้นงานต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น /ประสานงานกับ PM ในการติดตามแก้ไข/ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาในกระบวนการผลิตซอฟต์แวร์ ตามนโยบายกระบวนการซอฟต์แวร์ขององค์กร
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของ Work Product / Project ตามมาตรฐาน CMMI อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีความรู้เรื่อง Quality Management และ/หรือ Software Process Improvement Standards
  4. มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ด้าน Software Development Life Cycle
  5. มีภาวะผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. มีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยี ใหม่ๆ และสามารถศึกษาด้วยตนเอง
  8. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และการนำเสนอที่ดี
  9. สามารถเขียนและพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
