Job Descriptions
Accounting Officer (AP) will assist in the day-to-day financial operations of CHANINTR. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Issuing withholding Tax
2. Send to P.N.D.1,3,36,53,54
3. Pay social security
4. Make details for financial statements
5. Bank transactions, oversea & domestic transfer, etc.
6. Cheque Payment (Print from ERP)
7. Prepare Payment Voucher (Oversea & Domestic)
8. Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Good communication skill, High sense of responsibility, enthusiastic
- Service minds, Self-driven and motivated
- Systematic thinking, Fast learning, good attitude
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word Excel, Outlook)
