Job Descriptions
1.ติดต่อผู้ขายเพื่อดำเนินการซื้อและการพัฒนาสินค้า ทังวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตและบรรจุภัณฑ์ 2.เจรจาต่อรอง ตรวจสอบควบคุมเอกสารของผู้ขายให้เป็นตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงในการซื้อกับผู้ขาย 3.ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่ร้องขอเพื่อรับความต้องการก่อนติดต่อผู้ขายเพื่อขอราคาและเปรียบเทียบราคาในลำดับถัดไป 4.จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น PR,PO หรือใบเบิกเงินต่างๆของฝ่ายจัดซื้อ 5.แจ้งกำหนดส่งมอบสินค้ากับผู้ขอสั่งซื้อ และทำการตรวจสอบสินค้าเมื่อมีสินค้ามาส่ง 6.จัดทำรายงานตามระบบคุณภาพ (ISO,GMP) และอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 7.ปฎิบัติงานวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00-17.00
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  4. มีประสบการด้านการจัดซื้อ วัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ในธุรกิจเครื่องสำอาง อาหาร ตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีความชำนาญงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องสำอาง อาหาร ขนมขบเคี้ยว และเครื่องดื่ม
  6. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในการบริหารกระบวนการจัดซื้อให้เกิดประสิทธิผล
  8. สามารถวางแผนงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
