Job Descriptions
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and talented individual to fill the role of Management Trainee - Terminal Execution The successful candidate who must be keen to deal with “CHALLENGES” will be offered an attractive remuneration and benefits package. POSITION SUMMARY The management trainee position is a fast-track career development program for a high-potential individual. Our program will provide comprehensive training and a chance to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in various functions and/or other areas of our business JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Understand the Operations department. Help managers complete daily tasks, daily processes and goals. Participate in the company’s strategic planning. Participate in Kaizen projects.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s in Engineering
  2. Having good knowledge and good analysis skills
  3. Having LEAN mindset
  4. Self-driven and able to work independently with a sense of urgency and emphasis on accuracy.
  5. Positive thinking with “can do” attitude and open-minded personality.
  6. Good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
  7. MS Office skills (Excel, PPT)
