4.Lead the management of all system documents of the company and ensure their effectiveness;主导公司所有体系文件的管理并确保有效;
5.Take the lead in responding to customers' needs for various questionnaires, reports and documents related to the system;主导应对客户有关体系的各类问卷、报告及文件资料需求。
