Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจทานความถูกต้องของเอกสารสำเนาใบกำกับภาษี การบัญทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้
2.ตรวจเช็คและติดตามจำนวนสำเนาใบกำกับภาษี สำเนาใบส่งสินค้า
3.จัดทำรายงานผู้ผู้แทนเดินทางให้ผู้แทนแต่ละท่าน
4.จัดทำใบวางบิล
5.จัดทำใบลดหนี้
6.บัญทึกการรับเงิน
7.หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปวส.-ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP, Excel, Word ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ขยัน มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความซื่อสัตย์ และอดทน
- มีใจรักในงาน อดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
