Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสารและเอกสารพิธีการศุลกากรนำเข้าและส่งออก และออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ภายในประเทศต่างๆ 2. ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายผลิตและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดเตรียมการขนส่ง จองพื้นที่ สำแดงศุลกากร และติดตามสถานะสินค้า ฯลฯ... . 3. การตรวจสอบใบขนสินค้าส่งออก การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายการส่งออก และการดำเนินการเรียกเก็บเงิน 4. สำหรับการส่งคืน การจัดส่งด่วน QSM & SAMPLE 5. จัดการเรื่องการจัดส่งและเรื่องการโอนที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. จัดระเบียบบัญชีภายในและจัดทำงบการเงินรายเดือนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดส่ง
Qualifications
  1. Education requirement: vocational school, bachelor's degree
  2. Major: accounting, financial, related major.
  3. Language (Foreign): [English] listen: average, speak: average, read: average, write: average
  4. Familiar skills:Windows 2000, Windows NT, Word, Excel..etc.
  5. Work experience: 2 years
  6. More than one year of experience in the PCB industry or related production inspection is preferred
  7. Thorough understanding the privacy of information and business procedures.
  8. Language: Chinese plus
  9. Careful, patient, cautious and have good communication skills, proactive and highly resistant to stress
