Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของกระบวนการ Heat Treatment ตามแผนการผลิตให้ได้คุณภาพและปริมาณที่กำหนด 2.พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ Heat Treatment สำหรับการผลิต 3.ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหา ในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาในกระบวนการชุบ 4.ควบคุมการผลิต ชั่วโมงการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนเป้าหมายที่กำหนดในแต่ละเดือน 5.จัดทำ และแก้ไขปรับปรุงเอกสารตามมาตรฐาน IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14000 6.วางแผนซ่อมบำรุงประจำปี และประชุม Supplier ให้เป็นไปตาม Work standard 7.ทวนสอบเครื่องมือวัด และอุปกรณ์ควบคุม %CP โดยใช้ Gas analyzer 8.ตรวจสอบการกระจายตัวของอุณหภูมิภายในเตา Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS)
Qualifications
  1. เพศชายอายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการชุบแข็งสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ระบบ ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949,
  5. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
  7. ใช้อังกฤษ พูด อ่าน เขียน ฟัง ในระดับที่ดี
