-Contract type: Outsource by PRTR - 1 Year (Contract Renewal Guarantee) Base Salary: 24,000 THB Shift Allowance: 2,000 THB Diligence Allowance: 1,500 THB Working Days: 5 working days a week [Shift] [7.00-16.00 / 10.00-19.00 / 13.00-22.00 / 22.00-7.00 Key responsibilities - Handled 100+ customer interactions daily through live chat, email, and phone with efficient and helpful support. - Resolved issues related to food delivery, transportation, and financial services, including emergencies and insurance claims. - Investigated customer complaints, identified root causes, and implemented effective solutions with follow-up. - Provided immediate assistance during accidents or safety incidents, ensuring all parties were supported. - Collaborated with team members to achieve goals and maintain performance under pressure or time-sensitive situations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related
Proven customer support experience or Live Chat experience
Strong chat or phone contact handling skills and active listening
Able to work on shift timing (shifts rotating schedule 24/7)
Able to work on public holiday
Excellent data entry and typing skills: THŊ 35/mins (Required English skill)
Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
