Job Descriptions
1 Supervise and maintain the normal operation of the ISO/TS16949 quality management system.
2 Responsible for organizing, preparing, and revising quality system documents and procedural documents.
3 Responsible for organizing third-party audits, initial, secondary, and final audits, as well as tracking the rectification of non conformities during audits.
4 Responsible for the second party review of the company, preparing and tracking the implementation of customer review requirements before the review, organizing internal quality system audits of the company, and conducting rectification and tracking according to requirements.
5 Responsible for organizing first party audits, preparing internal quality audit plans, and organizing the company to conduct internal quality system audits.
6 According to the process audit plan, responsible for conducting process audits of various processes in the company and tracking and implementing reports.
7 Organize company management review and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
8 Participate in the company's quality analysis meeting and track the results of rectification.
9 Responsible for the development and improvement of the department's quality management process
10 Responsible for establishing the department's enterprise standard system and participating in promoting the establishment of the company's enterprise standard system.
11 Responsible for promoting departmental information technology projects and participating in the establishment of company information technology projects.
Qualifications
- College degree or above, graduated from a major in Quality, Mechanical or Engineering.
- Three years or more of quality management experience in the automotive industry, with experience in implementing quality systems, and proficient in quality management tools.
- Familiar with the quality management system of the automotive industry (ISO/TS16949) VDA6.1/6.3、QS9000)， Master the 5 major quality management tools.
- Good Chinese Thai listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, English proficiency is preferred;
