• Marketing planning, media planning and budget planning for assigned projects
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate new sales leads across all departments, while tracking and reporting on lead generation for optimal efficiency.
• Produce and review marketing materials and content and Manage internal and external graphic design projects, professional artworks, videos.
• Schedule, plan, and execute professional content distribution through EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) systems to the company’s client database
• Organise internal and external company events with key customers, coordinating with brokers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Analyse market situation
• Seeking out and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities.
• Forecasting possible sales strategies of competitors along with an overall possibility of real estate trends in the next fiscal year.
• Summarize weekly & monthly report.
