Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมการผลิตสินค้าให้ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสินค้า 2. วางแผนการผลิตสินค้าให้ได้มาตรฐาน 3. เก็บรวบรวมการผลิตส่งหน่วยงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 4. ควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต และลดของเสียที่เกิดจากการทำงานของหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ 5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ 6. ภาวะเป็นผู้นำในการควบคุมงานให้ทำงานตามที่กำหนด 7. ควบคุมระบบการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน GMP, HACCP, ISO และจัดเก็บบันทึกคุณภาพไว้ตรวจสอบ 8. ควบคุมการทำงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตหรือแพ็คกิ้งอาหารทะเลแช่เย็น/แช่แข็ง อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
  3. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน Word, Excel, Power point
  4. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  5. ได้รับการอบรมมาแล้ว GMP HACCP ISO จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในกระบวนการแพ็คกิ้ง
  7. ทำงานวันจันทร์-เสาร์ได้
  8. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ตามความจำเป็น
  9. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการแปรรูป ปลาทูน่า (สด) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
