Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store, so that the store can be displayed with a high standard image 2. Set Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets,and led the sales team to complete the tasks 3. Responsible for the training and management of business knowledge and sales skills of sales team members 4. Inventory management, daily statistics of the inventory of each product in the store 5. Supervise and manage staff attendance, grooming and dress standards 6. Timely and effective handling of customer complaints and comments

Qualifications

College degree or above, good image temperament, high aesthetic ability, keen observation of fashion trends and personal ideas.
More than 2 years of related clothing and accessories store management experience
Skilled use of office software（excel/word/powerpoint…）
Proactive, high sense of responsibility, good communication and team coordination skills
Have strong observation and strain ability, can withstand strong working pressure
