Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลทีมพนักงานติดตามหนี้ เพื่อจัดเเก็บเงินตามเป้าหมายที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย 2.ฝึกฝนและพัฒนาทีม เพื่อให้พนักงานในทีมมีความรู้ ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับงานดีขึ้น 3.ติดตามและตรวจสอบ ผลการทำงานและการดำเนินงานของทีม 4.ให้คำแนะนำและนำทีมพนักงานติดตามหนี้ ให้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ 5.บริหารทีมให้ได้ผลงานตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท ในด้านของการติดตาม จัดเก็บหนี้ค้างชำระ 6.จัดการงานหรือหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร 7.จัดทำ Report สรุปผลงานยอดจัดเก็บ เพื่อพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีคุณภาพตามนโยบายบริษัท 8.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้านกฎหมายเร่งรัดหนี้สิน หรือกฏหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์เป็น Supervisor ทีมเร่งรัดหนี้สินมาอย่างน้อย 1 – 3 ปี (จำเป็น)
  4. มีทักษะในการต่อรอง เจรจาสื่อสาร และมีไหวพริบสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  5. มีความเป็นผู้นำ และมีทักษะให้คำปรึกษาที่ดี
