Job Descriptions

• In charge of all sourcing good, marketing support and handling import process. • Sourcing new products, coordinate with Operation or Sales team to support sourcing inquiry and make sure to purchase the right specification of products as requirement. • Present products’ full detail and knowledge to sales team. • Seek for solutions related to products difficulties in order to continue sales process. • Bargain and negotiate for price, term and conditions with suppliers • Prepare cost analysis and seek for price reduction and lower cost. • Coordinate, manage and control products’ quality. • Issue purchase orders included all purchasing document as assigned. • Follow up delivery and expedite purchasing in short or critical supply. • Maintain update prices and market trend • Coordinate with Supplier, Vessel to complete the company order processing with good result of cost, time etc • Handle all assignments from Managing Director in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 - 8 years purchasing experiences. If have experience in Engineering business would be preference.
Present good verbal, written, communication and coordination skills.
Excellent command in writing, reading and speaking English
Microsoft Office knowledge especially on excel, word and power point.
Able to travel aboard or upcountry.
Able to work under pressure.
