Job Descriptions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding industry. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and address client needs. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25 – 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Logistics Management or Related Field.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  4. Proven track record of successful client acquisition and portfolio management.
  5. Can do job independent, business travel in Thailand.
  6. Good command in English both writen and spoken.
  7. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding operations.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  10. Coordination skill with internal and external (e.g. Sales Team, Customer) to achieve sales goals.
