Job scope ;
ดูแลและแก้ไขระบบ Server และ Network ให้ทำงานเป็นปกติ
ติดต่อผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้แก้ไขเมื่อพบปัญหาในระบบ Server และ Network
ดูแลรับผิดชอบให้อุปกรณ์ IT ต่าง ๆ พร้อมใช้งาน
ดูแลรับผิดชอบสถานะของทรัพย์สินในแผนก IT ให้สอดคล้องกับ Computer Asset Management Control
มีความรู้เรื่อง ERP สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้รับ เพื่อสรุปผลได้
Qualifications
- Welcome all gender
- Age 25-33 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Support and have a good understanding of Hardware and Software.
- Have a service mind, are interested in and are always learning about technology.
- Able to solve server problems
- Have knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Security systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Back up systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
