Job Descriptions
- สนับสนุนการขายทางโทรศัพท์, E-mail - ทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ก่อนจัดจำหน่าย - จัดทำ ปรับปรุง แก้ไข Specification Cut Sheet, Datasheet ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - จัดทำตารางเปรียบเทียบคุณสมบัติสินค้า (Comply) - ถอดแบบเสนอราคาสินค้า, เสนอราคาค่าติดตั้ง ที่ทางฝ่ายขาย และลูกค้าร้องขอ - สนับสนุนการขายให้คำปรึกษากับฝ่ายขาย ทั้งภายในและลูกค้าภายนอก - ดูแลงานซ่อม Media Converter, Video Converter, Tool & Tester หรืออื่นๆ - จัดทำ TOR ให้กับลูกค้า และออกแบบระบบ Network, CCTV, Telephone หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ร่วมประชุมงานสัมมนาต่างๆ และจัดทำบูท/ อีเว้นท์ต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทร่วมกับส่วนการตลาด - ควบคุม/ ดูแลทีมช่างเทคนิคและติดตั้ง ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาโทรคมนาคม, ไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถให้คำปรึกษา และ แนะนำระบบสายสัญญาณ และ อุปกรณ์เน็ตเวิร์คได้
  4. มีความรู้และทักษะการติดตั้งระบบสายสัญญาณ
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาย LAN , Fiber Optic , COAXIAL , NETWORKING
  6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ Switch , PoE Switch
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ และ ระบบสารสนเทศอื่นๆได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. มีบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมในการปฎิบัติงาน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และ มี Service mind
  9. มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน และ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  10. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและช่วยเหลือทีมงานได้
