Job Descriptions

The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company such as: 1. To ensure the company has sufficient cash flow for effective internal management. 2. To analyze the viability of investments to maximize operational benefits. 3. To manage the accounting and finance departments in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. 4. To plan and control systems to support efficient internal operations. 5. To ensure financial statements are accurate and reliable and that financial data is submitted on time to external parties.

Qualifications

Male or Female
30-40 years old
Master’s or Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
Have knowledge in Real Estate or any related field is an advantage
Experience in using Express and Mango ERP system is an advantage
Experience in working with financial institutions, affiliated government agencies and external auditors
Good communication skills both English (reading and writing)
Willing to work in Pattaya, Chonburi
