Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for the promotion, training, and implementation of process documents. 2. Responsible for modifying and optimizing the work instructions and other process documents of mass-produced models. 3.Responsible for the verification and optimization of welding process parameters of mass-produced models. 4.Participate in the progress follow-up of quality problem rectification of mass-produced models. 5. Participate in the design review and signing of the welding production line. 6.Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of welding fixtures, aids, tools, molds, and station tools. Participate in the optimization of the cycle of the existing production line and efficiency improvement. 7. Responsible for compiling and modifying the consumption quota of production auxiliary materials. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Familiar with the process and equipment related to automobile manufacturing.
Solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience, able to solve technical problems related to welding process.
Able to write technical documents such as process procedures, design tooling aids. Good expression and communication skills, good team spirit.
Strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility, and professional spirit.
Proficient in office software, UG, AutoCAD and other application software.
